AS-EAP offers a variety of labor services(Click Here for list) for expatriates as well as domestic middle-income and upper-income families in Shanghai.

5. ASEAP provides Free Replacement as stipulated in our Housekeeping Membership Agreement.
6. ASEAP housekeepers are mostly local Shanghainese which provides for additonal peace of mind.
7. ASEAP housekeepers are experienced and/or hold Housekeeping Certificate through Shanghai Pudong Contining Education Center (PCEC-Y) Advanced Vocational Training College.
 
 Housekeeping Membership Service
 
1. Guidelines for Household Services in line with our members' requirements will be drawn up at the start of the service period.
2. Housekeeping Membership (FREE for AS-VIP Members) and Monthly Service fees are collected by our company with standard receipts presented.
3. Our professional supervisors will carry out follow-up visits to your homes to get your feedback and perfect our services.
4. The housekeeper will provide the standard services including cleaning, washing and ironing, meal preparation or cooking, child, elderly or pet care.

Housekeeper Instruction
 
A formalized client to company Housekeeper Instruction form (sample) will be provided to client. Housekeeper's job performance will be evaluated on the basis of client's expectation. Once the client's instruction is maintaned in the company file, all future housekeeper coverage during vacation/absence/replacement will be oriented by Company with seamless interruption to client.
 
 
Supervisor Visit & Feedback Evaluation
 
For continuous improvement and monitoring of the Company housekeeper, a monthly feedback evaluation form (sample) is solicited from the client for the first three months of membership and on an as needed basis afterward. The client's feedback forms the backbone of our evaluation and continuous improvement of the housekeeper in addition to our monthly on-site supervisor visit.
