The elegant European style Lyceum Theatre was built in 1930 and once renamed Shanghai Art Theatre in October
1982. In 1991, it was renamed Lyceum Theatre again.
The Theatre was rebuilt in 2004 and keeps its original elegant and warm European style with 681 seats.

Built in 2001, Shanghai Art theatre is an intelligentized and modernized theatre. For performances such as ballet,
opera drama, music and comprehensive shows, the theatre has 999 seats with 298 upstairs and 701 downstairs.
The Shanghai Concert
Hall was built in 1930, once called Nanjing Theatre and renamed Beijing Cinema in 1949. since 1959, it has been called Shanghai
Concert Hall. The architecture features strong European classic style. Recently, it is re-opened and looks brand-new after
transformation and renovation. Shanghai Concert Hall has 1273 seats with 522 upstairs and 751 downstairs.

Shanghai Majestic Theatre lies
on Jiangning Road by Nanjing Road, which was set up in 1941. In Chinese, the name of this theatre means “beautiful jade
without flaw”, and it used to be regarded as the “No. 1” theatre in Asia by the people all around the world.
Shanghai Majestic Theatre has a good reputation around the
world. It is a synthetic theatre in which large scale opera, ballet, music/dancing show and stage play can be performed. Shanghai
Majestic Theatre has 1328 seats totally.

Shanghai Wanping Theatre

Shanghai Wanping Theatre was
founded in December 1988. The Theatre is now one of the well-known cultural centers in Shanghai.
Recently, Shanghai Media Group is actively preparing to have
the overall rebuilding of Wanping theatre. An advanced modern theatre will be seen in the near future. The designed seats
are 1000.
